Two generations, two family traditions.
Prescott & Hale Holdings LLC brings together two generations of personal investing and two family traditions of stewardship, extending that history from U.S. public securities into direct private-company ownership.
An earlier generation invested independently in public securities for much of his working life. Funds originating from both sides of the family were later consolidated and invested by the next generation through a personally owned brokerage account, forming the financial foundation of the firm.
Investment activity
The firm invests only its own capital, holding public securities and negotiated ownership interests in private companies. Investments are evaluated individually and are not subject to a fixed fund term.
What the firm does not do
Prescott & Hale does not manage capital for outside investors, sponsor investment funds or offer investment products to the public.
